Taking place in the restaurant, this small, hands-on masterclass is ideal for anyone interested in fermenting their own drinks or vegetables.
Each workshop is seasonal and focuses on the fermentation of vegetables and fruits available at that time of year. With different recipes offered, participants are encouraged to attend multiple sessions.
Under the guidance of Head Chef Matthew Briddon, attendees will learn everything they need to know about fermenting the best seasonal produce to create their own drinks, kimchi, sauces, and more.
The day includes refreshments, a delicious lunch at Iford Manor Kitchen's restaurant, and all materials and ingredients required for the course.
