Trio Paradis play a Café Concert at Malmesbury Abbey on the first Tuesday afternoon of each month (except January) at 2pm: informal feel-good music events with refreshments available in the abbey café before and after the concert, where you can meet friends and make new ones over tea/coffee and cakes, and enjoy live music.
May's programme is a collection of beautiful music by English composers of the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, among them Elgar, Frank Bridge, Ernest Austin and Alice Verne-Bredt.
Concerts last c45m and entrance - or rather, exit! - is by pay-what-you-feel donation, with a retiring collection. All ages welcome, including children.
