At the Lido you are invited to take time out and just do nothing.
The Lido is a cool, urban oasis tucked inside a courtyard of Georgian Terraces, nestled at the heart of historic Clifton, comprising of a spa, restaurant, outdoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub and steam room.
As befits this unique space, the spa prides itself on a special offering of tailor-made massages, using bespoke own-brand Lido oils. Whether you’re looking for deep relaxation, mood enhancement, body rejuvenation or simply a blissful facial, the talented therapists will find the perfect treatment for you.
To complement the spa the award-winning restaurant will leave you wishing for more. Voted in both The National Restaurant Awards 2015 - 100 Best Restaurants in the UK and also Square Meal’s Top 100 UK Restaurants 2015, Head Chef, Freddy Bird, serves a menu to match the escapist spirit of the Lido.
There’s a taste of Spain, Morocco and Turkey, amongst others, prepared using the finest ingredients, many of which are sourced or foraged by Freddy locally.
The restaurant is situated on the old viewing gallery of the Clifton Pool and retains the original character features of the Victorian building with modern floor to ceiling windows, allowing spectacular views over the pool.
