This is a mini-retreat to help you to handle stress, anxiety, and anger better! Set in a warm, inviting space with underfloor heating this mini-retreat will help you to unwind and come out feeling calmer, more resilient and ready to take on the world.

You will learn breathing exercises, meditations, self-compassion tools, positive self-talk, and mindful listening. The retreat also includes a delicious lunch around the campfire along with hot drinks including hot chocolate from Harth Chocolate.
