Discover our Grade II listed barn and learn about our whisky-making process, utilising local barley malted at the oldest working malt house in the UK (1855) and pure limestone-filtered water sourced below the distillery. See how we create our neutral grain spirit, the foundation for our gins and vodka.
Savour a selection of our new make (whisky base spirit), gins and vodka during a guided tasting, enhanced by insights into their unique flavour profiles. For those drivers that are unable to enjoy the tasting at the end of a tour we offer a ‘Drivers Pack’ consisting of a 50ml miniature from a choice of one of the samples we provide at the tasting, plus a can of tonic water.
Engage with our expert guide during a Q&A session, exploring our unique distilling practices and the rich history behind the witch marks that inspire our brand.
Our single malt whisky will be ready in Q3 2027.
